The PSP group

The family business was set up in 1989, and already employs over 450 people working in the "table and kitchen" division and the "hand tools" division. In the space of just 2 years, the tools division has experienced exponential growth and now has a cluster of brands - PEUGEOT,MULLER,and METLAND.

Research and development

Our 8-strong Research and Development team designs innovative products geared to all types ‎of trades and private use. ‎
‎ ‎New concepts, materials and tests see the light every day so that more efficient, safer and ‎easier-to-use products can be developed.‎
‎ ‎The engineering office, whose technicians and computer modelling experts undertake ‎development work, design high quality products that meet the most stringent ergonomic, ‎strength and efficiency criteria using leading-edge technical facilities (CAD-CAM, 3D milling ‎prototyping, etc.) and the latest generation of equipment.

Design

The lion brand's return to the tools market could only be contemplated on the strength of ‎innovatively-designed, perfectly identifiable products.‎
‎ ‎A designer was appointed and attached to the R&D department to see through Peugeot's ‎policy of fashioning its products in the best possible way by addressing the issues of using ‎tools in real situations.‎
‎ ‎Peugeot tools borrowing from past and present thus combine quality, convenience and ‎elegance.‎
‎ ‎This all goes to demonstrate that a tool can be rugged, ergonomic and stylish all in one!‎

Production sites ‎

Specialist lines on the 2 production sites all equipped with powerful manufacturing facilities ‎and techniques put our tool quality at the heart of their daily operations.‎

Molsheim Forges ‎

This forge, dating back to 19xx and the historic site of the MULLER brand, is about thirty km ‎from Strasbourg. It essentially owes its reputation to the know-how of its highly-skilled ‎operators that complements the quality of its forged tool manufacturing facilities (tamping ‎machines, rotary forges, paint lines, and so on).‎
‎ ‎
Several thousand Peugeot wood chisels come off the line every day.‎

Quingey plant

This modern factory about twenty km from Besançon in the Doubs (25) is equipped with the ‎last word in top-of-the-range machinery.‎
‎ ‎
Several thousand Peugeot saws come off the line every day.‎

Logistics platform

The 10000-m² logistics platform at Dampierre (in the Jura), not far from the Quingey plant, ‎has 5 floors of capacity to accommodate 6000 pallets.‎
‎ ‎It takes daily deliveries from our factories and is computer managed throughout – order ‎preparation routing, barcode reading, etc.‎
‎ ‎Every day three automatic order reports are generated circulating between the platform, the ‎factory and the sales departments so that the latter have real time data on order status and ‎goods shipments.‎

Quality

Our Quality department ensures the quality of our tools by checking that the products we ‎deliver meet all your expectations - primarily strength, comfort and especially safety.‎
‎ ‎Accordingly, quality checks are carried out at all stages from tool design and manufacturing ‎to distribution so that we can be certain that product compliance is strictly upheld and that you ‎have the best possible value-for-money.‎
